Fire Resources
One goal of FMAM is to have the best fire resource list on the web. We are adding things to these pages every week. You can help by e-mailing the webmaster at the bottom of this page with any good things you find that would enhance this site. Follow the link on the left side of this page to see our resources.
Communication Tool for Fire Prevention Questions
FMAM has a new place on the internet to communicate with it's members and friends. The purpose of the list is to discuss or ask questions related to fire prevention, code enforcement, public education or spread FMAM news among fire safety professionals in and around Minnesota, USA. This group is primarily for members of the Fire Marshals Association of Minnesota. It is also open to contractors doing business in fire safety in Minnesota, the public, and other fire safety professionals.
Typical uses of this list would be to ask a question on a code section, ask about how other cities are dealing with a situation or spread news that may be of interest to other FMAM members.
For those that used the FMAM web site discussion section this is either going to replace that or be used in conjunction. The members preference will dictate which method is used.
This is a members only and moderated list. Yahoo will attach small advertisements. This is in exchange for this list being a free service. If and when FMAM has the resources other alternatives can be considered.
Subscription and canceling is free and easy. Give it a try for a while.

The bound versions are on white paper, spiral bound with a clear cover and a red back. The insertable version, made to go in your book, is on blue paper. There were 114 pages in the insertable format; when it is paginated to fit; I think there are about 70 sheets (many 2-sided).
